I emailed you last week with this question and you suggested to download anti-spyware, which I did and it did not remedy the problem. Any other suggestions on how to keep my computer from allowing this webpage https://myaccounts.nationalcity.com/m/apps/psaver/yps_ver to pop up 50+ times would be greatly appreciated.

Is your Internet Explorer set to accept all pop-ups? Click 'Tools' and disable pop-ups. You can add back in the sites that you want to have pop up and then it's under your control.

Try Mozilla Firefox as your browser. It has an anti-popup feature that is easy to use.

you could block it in your firewall just enter the url in the firewall options and see what happens
