how can i make my washer spin and drain?

i have a 7kg front loading lg intellowasher that has been fine for the last 2 years but it has now stopped spinning and draining,any ideas anyone before i bin it....

have you checked the pump for blockages also does it have a pump drain plug as if it is blocked this will prevent it from doing both
