recently had new combi boiler installed with programable timer. despite the timer not being set to do so the central heating has been coming on randomly over the past couple of days. also i have noticed the boiler is starting up quite often despite no demand for water or heat. i know the boiler does this as a pre heat type programe on occassions but is much more frequent than it was.
any ideas please?
before calling company back i'd like to be certain it isnt a 'user error'

Hi There

The boiler will kick in if there is a hot tap left slightly on maybe in the bathroom etc etc
