INDESIT WG1033T HELP ME PLEASE?

IN SPIN CYCLE WASHER STARTS TO SPIN QUITE FAST BUT WILL NOT GO INTO FULL SPIN. IT TRIES BUT THEN SEEMS TO GIVE UP. CHANGED BRUSHES WITH NO AFFECT.
