my 1999 nissan primera 1.8 16v twincam squeals from the engine bay mostly when cold this dissapers when its warmed up. dealer cant decide what it is any ideas?

Likely to be serpentine belt, replacement costs around £15-20 plus labour, total around £70 at a decent (non Nissan dealer) garage. Had same issue on my 2000 Primera 1.8. There was another belt (can't remember name right now) which I got replaced at same time, same price for that too. (might as well, better than engine being ruined!)
