I tried to rinse and spin dry a woollen jumper but the appliance refused to spin. So I drained the machine by means of the hose at the bottom and cleaned out the pump.It still refused to work.
Likely to have a burned out motor. Can be repaired but probably too expensive. Replacement not tto difficult - machine needs to be tilted to expose pump.
