how can i fix my samsung rs21ncns fridge freezer,the temperature keeps varying between 4 degrees and 18 degrees.

basically take all the back off from inside the fridge (i.e were the lights are) plus the the bit that says twin cooling (all of it) making sure you know were all the connections go you will see the fan motor housing take that out and you will see were it is all frozen, run water on this until all ice is gone. you will see a little valley (hole) in the polestyrene were it is all frozen make this a bit bigger, then put it all back together again. i just spent £130 to get someone to do this and thats all he did, he did change the motor but i don't think you need to do that if it works intermitantly, you can buy a new motor for just over £20 if that needs changing. hope thats a help.

get a new fan unit. same happened to mine. water freezes in pipes then ice builds up stopping fan from turning
