Toshiba 28W8DBA TV, sound problem?

Hi, Can anyone please help?
I have a Toshiba 28W8DBA without the instruction manual.
I can not get the sound on correctly. You can just about hear some sound from the rear but it's low and dull. How do you reset the sound correctly?

look on the back above the speaker connections there is a switch flick it on and off your sound will work.
