And I'm not sure what you mean by: "WE R NOT SURE IF WE HAVE AERIAL CONNECTION ON OUR NEW HOUSE..."
However, start by attaching your aerial lead to the back of your TV (rather than the Set Top Box) and see if you can receive analogue channels. (You may have to get your TV to search for them.) If you TV can't find any analogue channels then you need to check your aerial.
