i have a hotpoint aquarius 1000 intellegent care model the machine fills up and empties but there is no washing cycle . i can hear the programme module clicking throgh the cycle but the drum does not revolve what could the problem be ?
hi on this model its more likley to be a loose or broken wire on the motor plug

have you tried to see if the bushes are worn? one of my old washers did the same thing and it turned out that the brushes were worn hence the clicking through the cycle
