Hello Kathy,
The correct way to put the bobbin in the bobbin case is to hold the bobbin case in your left hand with the finger to the top and the open part facing you, with the bobbin in your right hand
the thread should be on top of the bobbin facing right, pop the bobbin in the bobbin case, put the thread through the spring and there you are.
If you have a drop in bobbin, the thread should be on the bottom of the bobbin, drop the bobbin in, feed the thread through the slot and then across the bobbin case to the right.
If the stitches are not coming out right it sounds like a tension problem, make sure when you thread the machine that the[resser foot is up so the thread goes inbetween the tension discs, the tension should be set about 4 or 5, any problems send me an e-mail.
