my mums servis washing machine is not pumping out right when it pumps out it makes silly noises but we not no what is , do we need a new pump and how much will it cost

Hello Trey,
How old is the machine, what kind of noise is it making? it may be the pump bearing going which is caused by limescale normally, is there water leaking anwhere ? is the pump making a noise all the time ? if you have a filter on the machine take it off and check, believe it or not the most common noise on washing machines is either bearings or metal bra wire caught in the pump.

if its making a noise while draining sounds like the pump
is working.
check for blockages.
