I have formatted with xp but cannot get my sound working.I have tried about 15 different drivers but keep getting message saying their was a problem installing & hardware may not work properly.the soundcard is SIS 7012 & seems to be intergrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been trying to solve this problem for about 6 weeks

Try checking on the compaq website under downloads, and you should find all the downloads for ur system
