I have an older model (16625692) and having kitchen remodeled and after the dishwasher was moved and reinstalled, it's not draining the water out of it. Have not mentioned to person working on kitchen but will. However, in case they say they don't know why, I wanted to check what I could check to see why it's not draining. This is a Kenmore Ultra Wash model.

check all hoses are free and not kinked, and see if the u bend has a bung or blockage
