how can i fix my simpson aquapulse 513? It will not successfully complete the spin cycle at the end. It does spin but makes a horrible loud noise and bangs about making loud thumping noises. then the maching stops and beeps out of balance? what can i do?

when machine is washing there is a clicking sound whist agitating it is not agitating properly and i have to shuffle the clothes around just to get it to agitate properly but this onl lasts for about 20 seconds.

It looks like the agitator and the drum both are not running together during the spinning cycle. You have to check the bottom of the machine. There is a steel cable attachment for this mechanism near the motor. One end of the cable is attach to a plastic catch and other side is attach to a electrical attachment. Check the plastic catch for the cable disconnection. Re fix the cable on to the catch. If plastic is worn out, use something (cable tie or tape) to keep the cable in place.
