thanks for the reply mate tried the drainage pipe raised it up and after switching the machine of at the mains for a few mintes which i thought might also help i managed to do a wash but as the dial clicked round to conditioner i heard it try to take in water and also saw the intake hose actually jolt as if it could not take in the water any i dears

if u put the heat temp gauge to 0 does the washing machine work.

Had the same problem, Called engineer out, Main control panel faulty. fitted new one £55 fitted works fine now, He did have to programme the chip via his laptop so dont think this is something that can be done at home.
