See the discussion for the Panasonic DVD-RV32 from June 2005. It is the same. H07 is the error code for Disk not Spinning. Open the case, open the DVD rack. Put 2 drops of 3-in-1 Oil on a Q-tip and rub the side of the spindle (located under the optical "eye"). Don't drip! Then close the DVD-rack with a DVD in it. Work the DVD in clockwise direction. Hopefully it will start to spin again.
