This is a set of generic instructions. You need to do a rescan. Press Menu, look for something like Install, setup or rescan. Choose this and sit back for about five minutes. If you still don't have the full set of channels then your aerial need looking at.

BTW, I hope that you didn't pay much because they were only ten quid brand new!

BTW2 Freeview boxes aren't satellite boxes, they are Digital Terrestrial.
