Hoover Softwave W/machine.Water escaping from detergent dispenser tray.hen?

Hoover Softwave Washing Machine 1200. Water is escaping from detergent dispenser tray when machine is filling. I have checked waste water outlet, it does not seem to be obstructed. Any Ideas?

perhaps your dispenser is clogged with wet powder, remove it and clean it out.

I had same problem, water pressure is to high turn stop cock of and turn on gradual until you get correct pressure.
