no pressure on vaillant GB221?

Vaillant VCW GB221H type c.
Pressure bar is on zero, resulting in difficulty firing up and also lower water temp.cant workout how to get it back up no flexible hose or obvious tap to turn. Anybody any ideas?

it must be there, it is not built in the boiler, sometimes its made up with 2 stopcocks and copper pipe
