i have an indesit wd12x i seem to the same problem that everyone else has had where the dial just keeps turning round :- ( is it best to pay the call out cahrge of a plumber or could someone tell me where i would find my pump? Cheers.

Hi Vicki. The pump is the behind the drain plug which is located at the bottom right-hand corner. I would recommend that you check the grey hose as this can become blocked due to the bend when it leaves the casing at the rear. Remove the end connected to the pump, use a large pair of pliers and see if you can blow down the hose.
