i need hlp 2 install my matsui mp3 version SDK2.61.103.100.V1.0. wen i plug my mp3 my compter says 'windows could not find driver software for ur device'. i've got microsoft vista n how can i intall my mp3, ive also tried usin da disk supplied but no luck. help me pllllzzzzzzzz

Vista requires drivers that are specifically compatible with it. If your MP3 player software does not specifically state that it will work with Vista then the chances are that it won't.

As Matsui is a DSG (Dixons/Currys/PC World/The Link) own brand you need to go back to them for answers.
