How can I repair my Vokera Combi Boiler?

What is causing the temperature of my hot water to cut the boiler out at 45C and in at 33C. Central heating works OK at 71C. Flashing codes are 07 or 02.

Thanks very much. I need to flush out the system as well,as the plate is nicely furred up with silt from central heating system.

Cleaned plate out. Lovely black coloured water.
