How can i fix my seized snowthrower? It is a toro?

I think my snowthrower is seized because i cannot pull the pull cord. I dont know exactly what hp it is but it is around a 1-4hp. I think i may have put the wrong gas in it last year. Can you please tell me how to fix it.

Was your snow blower covered?
If not it could be just rust around the pull cord winder assembly, I have seen it a thousand times.
WD40 will work wonders if that is the problem, (or Moove-it) let it sit, then work it. Using the wrong gas will only cause a problem, if you left it in all year, and then got it to start this winter, so don't worry.
EMPTY THE GAS at the end of every season.

I doubt very much that "wrong gas" is your problem. My quess after sitting through the winter,is condensation has slightly rusted the piston to the cylinder. I would remove the spark plug and pour a cup or so of diesel fuel into the plug hole. Let it sit for a while....it's not snowing yet is it? Once you get it turning again, tip it up to get the diesel out. Let it snow ...Let it snow.....
Now.....How the he-- do I get into my dewalt radio? Ted
