As you have not received an answer I'd try a new question (not this one because it will look closed) with more detail.
Are you sure that you are asking about a satellite system because they normally have a dish and LNB rather than an antenna?
Polarisation (is that what you mean) of the LNB is done automatically by switching cicuitry inside the satellite receiver depending on the channel.
If you are asking about the polarisation of a terrestrial antenna then that depends on the service that you are trying to use. e.g. Most (not all) TV broadcast in the UK is horizontally polarised.
