How do I replace the LASER unit in my JVC car sterio?

The CD keeps ejecting from my sterio and I believe it is the LASER head that is duff.

It may not be the laser,it'll cost not far short of the cost of a whole new unit to buy it seperately,you can buy new JVC CD players for under £100,with a years warranty.
