Problem with my Ignis integrated dishwasher?

At end of previous wash cycle the red power light continued to flash and machines audible bleep did not stop.
For the following wash (set at 40oC) the machine started to feed in water then cut out after a few minutes and actually blew the house circuit-breaker.
When I reset the program to "rinse" then the machine emptied the water then resorted to the previous sympton (ie flashing light and bleep).
I have confirmed that this is not an external electrical fault.
Any help or hints would be appreciated.

If the dishwasher tripped the RCD electric trip and it occurred on the water heating cycle i think that your water heating element is faulty. Not really a job for DIY.
