Faulty sony cd player?

I have a Ford Mondeo (2005) Ghia X with a sony 6 cd autochanger system, the problem is that i cant eject any of the cd's, when i press the load button the readout says 'all cds full' but when i press eject button it says 'no cd'
Any help would be welcome as i'm getting a bit fed up with listening to the same 6 cd's for the last 4 mths

Pulling fuse 69 had no effect. you need to disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes. make sure you have the code!!

I have a Sony Radio cassette Player WM F69. No audio output is coming either in the Radio or Tape Mode.

Yep, that fixed it, simply disconnect battery and reconnect - make sure you have security code for radio

Many thanks Wicked. Removed and re-inserted the fuse for player, No 58, and it now works. Again thanks.

your ford dealer should this for free they did with mine its a common fault
it needs the power disconnecting apparently then it should work fine make sure you got code first

Hi Kevin,
Not an answer I'm afraid but I have a similar cd player in my Ford C-Max Ghia which has developed the same problem. Did you resolve this in the end, if so how ?
