Gritty deposits candy Cd242?

My candy dishwasher CD242 almost always leaves a gritty deposit in cups, pots etc. its brownish in colour, sometimes we find left over food deposits on some items. We are using dishwashing tabs that are 3 in 1 so not using salt! Any help would be appreciated Thanks!

We had the same problem. Over came this by using the heavier wash program. Pans etc. Also added salt even though our area doesn;t need to use any.
