Gateway DC-M50 camera shuts down shortly after power up?

Gateway DC-M50 camera shuts down shortly after power up. Batteries test good and camera indicates good. Power saver set to 5 min's delay. What can be done or where can I send it for repair? Gateway doesn't support.
