my worcester 24cdi boiler hot water is fine works ok have bled the pump?

(hi hope you can help with my worcester 24cdi boiler problem
my heating is working up stairs rads get very hot .
but they do not get hot downstairs at all.
i have changed the rads and new valves on all ,

have bled the system a few times now ,
and no air is in the system

i followed mr gas advice (thank you ) and have got it down to two rads that are not getting hot properly .

the boiler now lights up and cuts of after 30 seconds and then comes back on after about 1 minute and runs for 30 seconds and then cuts out again .
do have a slight leak on the heat exchanger very small drip and i mean small .
any more ideas please as my head now hurts lol)



hot water is fine works ok have bled the pump ,

the rads that get hot i have turned off both ends and the ones that are only getting warm i have just checked and they are open both ends ,

Hi, i dont know if you still have this problem? but if it is still the upstairs rads that are getting hot then there are two possible causes !!!!!!

Depending on how old the installation is ? it is possible that you may have some sedement in the pipework causing a partial blockage to the down stairs radiators!!! in which case flushing the system out might clear the blockage!!!

The other possibility is that the pump is running below par for some reason(partly blocked, damaged impeller,tired motor etc) in which case replacing the pump should fix this. Before changing the pump make sure it has power going to it when the boiler is running. If not then the fault is in the boiler!!!!
