i have this boiler and the water level got too low so it wouldnt work. put more water in and bleeded the radiators but still no flame! (this happened last year but it worked) can someone help me as i cant afford to get a plumber to take a look. is there anything else i can try??
Try pressing the reset button on the safety thermostat. Its a little red button in the centre of the unit fastened to a pipe, near the bottom left hand corner inside the boiler.Hope this helps..
