How can I fix my Dishlex Global 310 - it won't start any cycle?

Hi, my dishwaher hasn't been in use for nearly 12 months. Upon plugging it back it, the Eco light constantly flashes and I can't seem to clear it or get the dishwasher to work in any way.

Hi, did you get this fixed? I'm getting exactly the same thing. haven't used it for ages, now the lights turn ON but nothing happens.
