MY TOMTOM ONE HAS FROZEN ON A PAGE IT SAY NO MAPS FOUND IN CENTRE OF SCREEN YOU TOUCH THE SCREEN AND IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER IT SAYS PLEASE SELECT A MAP BUT NO MAPS ARE FOUND

My tom Tom will turn on but then turns off after a few minutes. it is not holding a charge either.

have u updated your tomtom recently? if so u would have been given the option to do a back up of the tomtom SD card, simply reload the software back on the the card, failing that u can contact tomtom customer services on 0845 161 0009 and they can walk through it over the phone, and if it is still in warranty they should repair it. if they cant fix it over the phone.
