how can i fix my car amp. I connected the power, ground and remote wires and the amps lead light turns on green but a second later it turns red...it goes to that protection mode. I tried an other amp it turns on perfectly.

If you're willing to void the warranty, you can open it up and see if any capacitors are blown or bad. Capacitors are cylindrical in shape, similar to AA, C, or D batteries and if the top is buckling out or it's it's blown open, mark down the model number or at least the size in uF ~ microfarads, the orientation of which it was soldiered in (there is a side with a line or arrows on it), and replace them and see if it works. Please do some research on how to soldier and recognize bad capacitors.
