how do you remove the webpoolfile in the C:\temp directory ?

TURN ON PC AND HOLD F8 KEY DOWN IMMEDIATLEY UNTIL YOU GET OPTIONS SCREEN APPEAR CHOOSE SAFE MODE ONCE IN SAFE MODE TRY DELETING

I don't know this file, but I assume it's locked by the system so can't be deleted by normal means. You should be able to delete it from the Command Console, which you can reach by hitting F8 as soon as XP begins loading (you'll get a menu to choose it from). If you've used DOS before, you should find is easy enough to use. You'll probably need to change the attributes of this file (it's probably marked as system/hidden) before it can be removed, type Help at the Command Prompt for more info on this, or visit the Microsoft website.
