Fixing a SKY PDS4250?

This seems to be a Daewoo TV, chassis SP120.
The picture has thin vertical lines 1 cm apart right across the screen. The ZSustain panel buzzes loudly. Is a new ZSus panel likely to fix BOTH problems ?
