Baxi Bermuda 552 Propane back boiler?

The pilot light goes out for no apparent reason.
I've replaced thermocouple, cleaned the pilot jet, adjusted the pilot flame but still after 1 day or so it goes out.
The only thing I can see is that the pilot light flame sometimes does not envelop the thermocouple. It seems like the pilot flame deflector is not deflecting the flame completely over the thermocouple. Any suggestions welcome

try replacing pilot injector

If the thermocouple is not heated sufficiently then the pilot flame can go out intermittently.
I also once had a faulty brand new thermocouple..... which flummoxed me for a while!

Also the flame can go out if the flue is blocked or insufficient oxygen is present. If the flue is blocked you will get a build up of CO - which is inert and can extinguish the flame....
