Bissell Clearview Bagless vacuum handle won't stay in upright position?
On a Bissell ClearView Bagless Power Trak, Model #3594, vacuum cleaner, what is the part called that holds the handle in the upright position? A foot lever releases it. Whatever it is, it's broken and won't stay up. I can still vacuum but the handle is constantly falling over and banging up the wall and furniture. Help. IF I get another on, how do I go about replacing the broken one on the machine?
