Glowworm swift flow 100 - pilot & green light on -no CH or hot water?

I have a glow worm swift 100. When I turn the hot water or central heating on the green light turns on as it should, but the boiler does not start heating. The pilot light is on, and when I turn on the HW / CH the fan turns on as well. Any ideas?

i am no expert but the same has happened to mine in the past it has been the thermo couple that has packed in thats the one next to the pilot and the ignition or it could be the exhaust fan these have a common fault and may need a flick with a screw driver or it coud be either of the two fuses on the pcb board hnder the boiler apart from that you may need an expert. if any one reads this who has any other ideas please pass on

We've got the same problem on our Glow Worm 60FF.
