how can i fix's my washer/dryer WD64 HOTPOINT?

MY WASHER/DRYER IS NOT DRAINING AFTER A WASH, IT STILL AS WATER INSIDE IT,
THE WASHER/DRYER IS A HOTPOINT WD64 I'VE CHECKED THE PIPE AND HOSE AND CLEARED THEM ALL OUT BUT IT'S STILL HAPPEN WATER NOT DRAINING FROM WASHING MARCHINE

try removing pump and take it apart, usaully 3 screws and hopefully you will find an obstruction near the impeller, or you may have a blockage in the sump filter..
