Diplomat ADP 8224 E3 showing - What Does This Mean?

I have recently moved into this house and have a Diplomat ADP 8224 already fitted... The panel is showing E3 - I have no idea what this means.

Also, does anyone know where I can buy/download the manual for this dishwasher... HELP!!
