It won't empty becuse your pump is blocked up in that case on the bottom of the washing machine there is a panal if you get a screw driver and look carefully you can see three slots put your screwdriver in there and gently lift your screw driver up and the panal should come of then what yo do is there is a cap you get a bowl and then turn it anti clockwise then drain it into the bowl then try it again.
