Hotpoint washer dryer WD72 doesn't dry anymore?

I have a Hotpoint WD72 washer dryer. It'sonly 1.5 years old.The tumle dryer has stopped drying. It gets hot but the clothes 'steam', and do not dry. Any ideas?

Yes, the condenser was very blocked. It's the big white semi-transparent thing on the top right as you look into the machine from the back after taking the back off.

I have exactly the same problem, ours isn't very old either.

I have taken the outlet pipe off and cleaned it, as well as the outlet from the bottom of the drum.

Is there anywhere else I need to look to see if the condenser is blocked?

Thanks.

it may be that the condenser dryer fan wires have broken

Is the machine emptying ok?

If it is, your condensing unit might be blocked up with fluff.
