select a programme initial water stars to fill machine spins slowly, waiting for second injection of water at this point machine stops and wont complete cycles.
the drum is stuck . It will not move at all but the machine program still operates, the washing cycle still progresses but the drum does not move. What's the problem and how do i fix it?
