F12 Fault code?

indesit WIXE127 just got it an hour ago filled with water its a cold only water fill then code F12 shows tried every thing any help would be great

F12 is a communication error on the PCB board. Its likely the board connectors have come loose during transportation or the board is faulty. Don't attempt to repair this on a new machine or you will loose the warranty.
