my computer will not tranfer upgrade information to my viewsat vs 2000 ultra. When I go to my computer the connection is not shown. I am running windows xp.Do I ned a program to get connected or a computer procedure.

Go to F2ATV.com, In receiver section click on viesat then click on 2000 extreme menu files section. Click on sticky viewsat loaders and put this loader file in a file in my documents under a file name of your choice. This download comes with a tutorial explaining how to use
