What is this error code for Hotpoint WD420?

I have a Hotpoint washer/dryer WD420 (1200). It's about three years old.
Problem is that when I select a wash cycle (any) the machine starts to fill with water but after approx 2 mins the on/off LED flashes as does the Reduce Creasa LED (but about twice as fast as the on/off one) andthe machine stops. I can only seem to stop the flashing LEDs by switching the machine off at the mains.
Any ideas?€

Cheers

Apparently, the dryier was leaking water through the seal, then it started to overheat causing all the flashing lights and eventually burning out the heating element, which began to trip my circuit breakers!!! As my product is under 1 year old, the engineere and parts were free.

The "Start/Stop lamp" is flashing at a slow rate in conjunction with both "Drying High Heat" and "Reduce Creases" at a Faster Rate .
The clothes are coming out slighter damper than I am used to on a standard "E" setting
