a bit complicated if you dont know what you are doing . special tools needed plus you need workshop manual . you dont need to get pump re programed . what you do is get the pump virginised . this takes all codes off .once pump is fitted and it starts up the pump automaticaly programes itself .just read the manuel a few times regarding fitting . if you have no mechanical knowledge i wouldn't atempt this task .

This is not an easy job and even once you've done it you will need to pay a Ford dealer to program it to the van because of the immobiliser.
