i normally back bleed the the master cylinder/clutch slave cylinder on these because it then becomes a one man opperation lol, rather than shouting at someone up and down pressing the clutch for you, sounds daft but it works first time every time, and on some vehicles/trucks this is the only way a clutch pedal can be bleed getting all the air out the system,, i have an old foot ball inflator which i fill with brake/clutch fluid and have a pipe come off it that fits snug over the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder, open the nipple and push the handle in slow which fills the system backwards onced filled, lock the nipple off and you should have a good clutch pedal,
